By accessing and using Recap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Account and Use

You may use Recap for your internal business operations. You may not:

• Use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass access, usage or security controls
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the service
• Resell access without our written permission
• Use automated access outside the product interfaces we provide

3. Service Description

Recap collects and organizes publicly available creator posts from supported platforms for creator tracking and reporting. Platform availability and metrics can change, and public posts may be deleted, made private or reported differently by the source platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted collection or the completeness of third-party data.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
• Having a lawful basis to submit creator handles, post links and tracker rules
• Ensuring that you have the rights, consents and permissions needed to request collection of each creator or post and to use, store, export and share the resulting reports, including permissions from creators or campaign partners where required
• Complying with applicable platform terms for your use of the service and promptly telling us if a permission is withdrawn or disputed

By adding a creator or post, you represent that you are authorized to request that tracking and reporting. We may pause collection or remove affected content when rights or compliance are disputed.

5. Payment Terms

Some features of Recap require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• Pay any applicable taxes
• Authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for unused time, except where required by law
• You will lose access to premium features when your subscription ends

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Recap are provided on an 'as is' basis. Recap makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Recap or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Recap.
