Creator campaign reporting software: from source posts to decisions

A useful report makes the included posts, metrics, and limits easy to inspect.

Creator campaign reporting software should answer four questions: what went live, which posts count, how did those posts perform, and what does the data leave out? The source posts are the foundation. A chart is only useful when someone can inspect the records behind it.

Why collection and review must come first

A hashtag query can find unrelated posts and miss relevant ones. A creator list and date range narrow the search, but a person still needs to confirm what belongs. Keep direct links for known posts and document exceptions. When a platform does not expose a metric, report it as unavailable rather than zero. Never treat views as unique reach without a matching definition.

The tracking workflow guide shows how to move from candidates to an approved post list. The cross-platform guide explains why platform metrics should retain their own context.

How Recap supports the workflow

Recap lets a team set up platform trackers for public X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube posts. Add known creators, matching terms, a reporting window, and direct post URLs. Review the collected content, include or exclude posts, check available performance, and prepare a report or CSV export. Its founding plan lists $29 per month, up to 50 creators per tracker, and 31-day tracker windows.

The home page sample is fictional and lets you inspect the review interface. The connected workspace is where real public creator content is collected. Recap focuses on the post-to-report task. If you also need sourcing, outreach, gifting, or payments, compare the broader options in our agency software guide.

Recap helps teams track public creator posts across X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, review relevant content, and prepare a clear report. The home page demo uses sample data.
