If Modash feels broader than the job you need done, start with Recap for a focused creator-post workflow, Influencity for tracking plus an influencer database and reports, or GRIN for a wider creator program. Modash itself remains a strong option when discovery, outreach, campaign content, affiliate activity, and payments should live together.
This is a fit guide based on each vendor's published product materials, checked 25 September 2026. We have not run a comparative product trial or ranked the tools by performance.

When Recap is the right alternative
The creator roster is already agreed and the recurring problem is collecting evidence. A brand or agency needs to answer: Which posts went live, which ones counted, what metrics were available, and where are the original links? Recap keeps that review and reporting task close to the source posts. Its founding plan is $29 per month for up to 50 creators per tracker, with 31-day trackers and CSV exports.
Recap uses a tracker for each platform. It is not a substitute for Modash discovery, outreach, creator payments, or affiliate management. See the direct Recap vs Modash comparison for a closer decision.
When Influencity or GRIN is a better alternative
Influencity may fit when teams want creator discovery, relationship records, content tracking, and configurable reports in one system. Its tracking documentation explains that posts can be reviewed before adding them to a report. Check how profiles, terms, dates, and exports work for your plan. The Recap vs Influencity guide compares that choice directly.
GRIN may fit when the content record is only one step in sourcing, outreach, gifting, contracts, affiliate work, and reporting. Its platform overview describes that broader scope. Ask for a demonstration of the exact post collection and report you need, rather than assuming every suite handles it the same way.
Test the decision with your own posts
Bring a small, real creator roster to each trial. Check whether the tool finds a post that missed a hashtag, lets you add a known URL, distinguishes unavailable metrics from zero, and exports a post-level record. If you work across several clients, also test access boundaries and reporting handoff. The agency selection guide turns those checks into a repeatable shortlist.
If post tracking is the main job, explore Recap's sample workflow or start a tracker.
